For IBS Reassurance Brokers, we reimagined a 780m² office space by creating a distinct spatial narrative where a black open ceiling serves as an infinite canvas – a cosmic backdrop for the vibrant workplace below. Under this dramatic ‘sky,’ we orchestrated a series of independent functional units, each designed to exist as its own micro-environment within the larger universe.

The design transforms everyday office elements – from phone booths to workstations, and café areas – into architectural entities, each with its own distinct identity yet harmoniously connected. These units are crowned with custom-designed roofs, creating intimate spaces within the expansive volume while maintaining visual connectivity throughout the office.

The material palette tells a story of contrast: roasted oak brings organic warmth and natural texture, while black elements introduce a technological edge. This interplay between nature and technology reflects the company’s position at the intersection of human-centered service and modern business practices.

This design approach has created more than just an office – it’s an ecosystem where each element exists independently yet contributes to a cohesive whole, much like a city under stars. The result is a workspace that inspires both focus and collaboration, where employees can find their perfect spot under the abstract sky.
